Healthy and good.
Mix together:
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup milk
In a separate bowl mix:
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbl. flax seeds(optional)
1tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. baking powder
