Ebleskiver Syrup

I also call this heart attack syrup.

1 stick butter
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring

Melt butter and dissolve sugar in a small saucepan. Add cream and maple flavoring. Heat almost to a boil. Transfer to blender and blend to combine and frothify.
